The Source Code Framework was reverse-engineered from lived human experience — not built top-down from academic theory. An original, internally consistent model of human awareness. The language, structure, and all terminology are proprietary intellectual property of Source Code Holdings Ltd.
The practical implication: no code, state, or pattern should be eliminated. The goal is never to remove the negative — it is to balance all components so that none dominates to the point of dysfunction.
Conscious layer
The external, observable layer. What a person shows — their behaviour, decisions, communication, and patterns. Ten discrete codes govern this layer. Accessible through observation and structured self-reflection.

Subconscious layer
The internal, hidden layer running underneath simultaneously. What drives the conscious layer without the person's awareness — fear, memory, desire, instinct, attachment. Ten codes. Not directly observable.

Drift
The measurable distance between what a person presents and what is actually running underneath. A person can appear perfectly regulated while running a destabilising subconscious programme. That gap is their true score.

Percentages.
The framework's most original contribution. Four Observer Codes present in every person simultaneously, always summing to 100%. The ratio between them determines current state and predicts behavioural output. Zero-Point — fully balanced awareness — is 25% across all four simultaneously.
The negative percentage
Extractive, self-protective, survival-oriented energy. Not inherently harmful — at 25% it provides necessary self-preservation. When dominant it becomes zero-sum. Where every human awareness begins.

The balanced percentage
The integration code. Holds NARC and YARC in conscious regulation — does not eliminate either, contains both. When dominant, the most stable self-aware functioning state available below Zero-Point.

Pure potential in both directions simultaneously. At 25% it provides creative intensity and transformational energy. When dominant, total volatility — behaviour that cannot be predicted even by the person themselves.

The Balance
Scale
A universal measurement axis running from −5 to +5. Zero is Zero-Point — perfect alignment of both awareness layers with a balanced Observer Code ratio. Negative scores indicate subconscious dominance. Positive scores indicate conscious expansion.

Source Code Holdings was founded and is operated by Ric Lee — developer, trader, and systems architect. Every product, framework, and infrastructure component has been designed and built in-house.
Full-stack developer and algorithmic trader with multi-year experience building production systems across trading infrastructure, AI automation, and behavioural framework design. Developed and deployed 26 MQL software products to the MQL5 marketplace, a live signal processing pipeline handling real-time trade execution, and the Observer Code awareness framework — all independently.
Background in pattern recognition, systems thinking, and structured problem solving. Neurodivergent founder — Asperger's profile with documented strength in cross-domain pattern identification, the foundational capability behind the Awareness Architecture.
